The current version of the Trademark Guidelines (2017) is published exclusively in electronic format. Its structure consists of chapters divided into sections. Any modifications are reflected in the below index through versions with “change tracking”, indicating the date of validity of the corresponding updated section. New sections may also be added posteriorly.
This version replaces the “commercial trademark registration guidelines” previously published by INAPI in 2010.
