These are the most common trademarks, but it is registerable be any distinctive mark capable of graphic representation, for example, sound marks.
The protection provided by the trademark is territorial, i.e. only at national level and for a certain period of time, i.e. for 10 years renewable indefinitely for similar periods upon payment of the corresponding fee.
